The Firm
ARIZAL JAILANI & CO (AJCO), embarked its journey in the year 2000, as a homage in welcoming the new millenium, with the first branch in Bukit Mertajam, the firm has grown to six (6) branches and has become one of the most sought after legal firms in peninsular Malaysia for legal solutions.
With the appointment of Ms. Diana as Chief Excutive Officer in the year 2020 for the Firm’s Ampang, Bukit Mertajam, Alor Setar, Kota Bharu, Johor Bahru (Tebrau) and Kamunting (Taiping) branches, catapults the Firm to even greater heights.

Our legal services include negotiating, documentation vetting and drafting of sales and purchase of propety, tenancy and lease agreements. We are familiar with land office/registry and stamp office practices and regulations for conveyancing transactions and have acted for a number of developers for housing projects.
